Computer is about 2 years old, and as you can see, the graphics card kills my base index score. :(
I'll upgrade it eventually, and get another gig of RAM just to have 4.

So for Windows 7 Ultimate, it actually displays the specs on the base index score? Didn't know that. Your computer destroys mine, lol.

Ok. So that means your running a OEM crack for your Vista installation.

Why don't you spend the 40$ and upgrade your graphics card? Everything else is sufficient; your graphics card is your system's bottleneck.

You should do this; you can get the same 8400GS I have for about $40 on Newegg.

Slight update with a 500mhz overclock

I expect a higher score when I upgrade to the x64 edition of 7 ultimate; I'm on 32 right now :( I'll need to get a SSD for that harddrive score to go up.

I wonder if the dual screens is hampering my score.

No way. You have a Quad and your CPU score is so low? And my damn GFX card is waaay older than yours, isn't it a Radeon 4xxx series?

EDIT: LMFAO at your numerous failed attempts to get your image to work. Take the Direct Link and click the image icon in the Post Menu.

he has a quad core? do you really need a quad core? Even X doesnt have a quad. Are you dual screening at least? Its a waste in my opinion.
And How many gigs of ram? 6? Why is your graphics so low. not that much better than mine.

He wasted his money. If he wanted a quad so bad he should have built an i5 system. And I told him to get an E8500 which is a dual core that's faster than my processor and can be overclocked to insane stable levels. Aww well.
